Just want to share my project yamaha Lc135 Bolt On turbo
Spec : Block 57 mm(fz150)
Head : Combustion chamber grind until become round shape (comp. ratio +- 9.0)
Carb : LCV2 standard main jet and pilot. Float height reduce 5mm.
Turbo : Hitachi - HT06 (i think from suzuki cappucino) with 0.7 bar boost pressure.
Intercooler : mira L6 (Customize, to fit on LC)
*Custom Plenum Chamber with pitot tube, Intercooler Piping
*1.8 inch Exhaust Piping and custom Mufler.
*Fuel Pressure Regulator - base pressure 2 psi
*Full wave Charging system (Rectifier from yamaha fz150)
Fuel Pump : Wira
Blow Off Valve : Toyota Starlet
Sprocket : 15 -37 (for now) need to reduce
Other set up was standard OEM.
Bike performance : Very Satisfy. Good enough for daily use ;-)
