DIY HID 4300k+Angel Eye+Projector Dual Beam

Hye All..

Now i will share my project about Projector Hi/Lo angel eye with HID 4300K

Enjoy my project...:D


My Bike before project


That is my Projector Hi/Lo+Angel Eye+HID 4300k


Ballast


Wiring set come with relay kit


My mom want to use pot,so i dont know how to open my headlamp..than i get 1 idea,i put inside oven jetcock..i set 100 degree around 15minutes :oops:


Then i put brick to avoid my headlamp change to liquid..hehe


After i open using screw driver..


I make big hole to fit my projector..then i use silicon glue..


After i fit my projector..


What do u think this picture??I make my screw driver to become hot because to make hole at my coverset to put switch..:D

Wiring time,Thanks to Versamson from philipines because solve my Low Battery problem... :D :D


Position ballast for HID..my father ask what that??i reply that i ECU for my engine...:D


I use span motherboard to protect wire at speedo panel..:D


Controller For HID and Angle Eye


I seal carefully to avoid from water damage my controller.


My project done..!Like alien eye...now we try ON...:shock:


Taaadddaaaa!My angle eye on when i turn ON ignition..:D


Test my HID when LOW BEAM...No glare!


HIGH BEAM

Project Budget:
Projector Lamp Hi / LO + HID + CCFL Angle Eyes = RM300
Light switches = RM2.00
Wire speaker wire = RM15, but the counter charge RM5 :D
Fuse 20 amp fuse Holder x 4pc + Water Resistance = RM3.00

Total=Rm310

*Note=MYR change to USD..
*Sorry for my bad english...

hi guys, had this for 2yrs already and starting to become dim... anyone knows a replacement bulb?
my ballast is new, x9, and the controller is also fry so it only controls hi/low+angel eyes and made a jumper for the HID ballast itself..
Any one knows where i can purchase just the controller and a bright bulb and blue angel eyes? mine is white....

any one wants to swap? :D

hey, we had the same problem... had this for 2yrs already and a noticed mine is not as bright as it used to be... I've opened my Projector and guess what?
the REFLECTORS are all CLOUDY! i just cleaned it, some say use distilled water and ammonia or vibegar to avoid scratching... and then WALA!!!
brighter than ever before!!! i am so happy with the results! try it! take a picture of before and afer, also before cleaning the reflectors as i forgot to take pics of mine!~ hehe just for TIPS and SUGGESTIONS GUIDE something! :) hope this helps man!
