Spanner Wrench (for Steering Stem Nut)

Mga bro, I just wanna ask if where can I buy the "SPANNER WRENCH"? this is the tool for loosening/tightening the steering stem nut for our bike.. If you have inputs, please PM me..

Wow! How much is the cost? It's very costly from ebay.. But it's really genuine.. Actually NTC (Nicetech) shocks have this spanner for free.. included if you buy an NTC adjustable shock (for dual shock).. I'm planning to buy one then just get the spanner wrench and sell it..
