I just sent our club profile and invitation to the personnel in charge of Yamaha. lets wait for their answer.

Bossjay, please prepare an official list of the names of our active members including the in-active ones so we can show it to yamaha just in case they will get our list of members. thanks po.

You need a RCA connector for your laptop. to get the large LCD working inside the PUB. Just discussed this with uncle. Plus all of the TV's and LCD's not connected to your laptop can play a cd with a presentation.

*Committees duties and responsibilities:

1. Registration: OIC- Boss Chris /Boss Jay
-Posted at the front door. Must have one laptop to use for the registration. Prepare forms to be filled up by SOS Members.
- Collect all the payments and dues of the members.

-all SOS members that are paid will have their raffle numbers as they come in. only SOS members have the raffle number.
- Assign Table arrangements to SOS Seniores/Guests/Sponsors, SOS Manila, SOS Laguna,SOS Ladies, SOS new full pledge members, SOS Aspiring Members

2. Sounds and Visuals: Boss Man & Sir Reggie

- Will handle and control the raffle software.
- Provide a laptop and connections fot the LCD tvs

- In charge of mobile music/video clips and picture presentations.

3. Receipts and payments: Linjun(Asst.) /OIC-Chrisranger
-collect all the receivables

4. Raffle Prizes & safe keeping: Boss Jay
-designate one place to keep the prizes/ give-aways.

5. Food and Beverages: B0ss Ted and Boss Chowie .

6. Host: Allan and Ted


7. Invitations: Sir Mingo
-finished copies of invitations to be given to our guest
- Do 5th Anniversary Tarpaulin.

8. Function hall in charge: Boss Chowie
-in charge on venue related issues

9. Over-all in charge: Boss Chowie and Boss Jay
- make sure all members of committees are doing their job.
- Assist on event going procedures.
- Welcome & entertain guests and sponsors and assist them on their sit.

* 5:30PM is the assembly time of the Committees in charge to organize and set up the venue.
* Committees will be having a briefing before the event.

SOS MEMBERS must be there 6:30PM
