    masuk blok ngan cam fz carb asal tu nk kena setting x... pomen kata dia set angin ja...

    Kene setting angin tu...tgk pada pomen setting...set kat rpm paling tinggi...kalau set cmtu kire betol da....cume nak kene cek sendiri plug kaler ape...
    takpe tanya banyak2...senang org lain nk rujuk....

    Tggu sape2 yang penah pakai spec fz dekat 5 speed bagi cadangan...bole cube turun 1-2 mata spoket belakang...

    V1 Extreme Spirit (Clutch) kan?
    Main spoket depan 15...belakang pakai 38/37...
    Pakai MJ standet 105...110 minyak lebih time full throttle...
    Set balik carburetor...
    Ak pakai Lc V1 ES gak...time standart penah kene bole pegi 120 je walopon full throttle...
    Sbb ak adjust TPS dengan set carburetor sendiri....ade mende tsilap...siap hanta hong leong sg buloh suh cek balik...pon xbole setel gak....120 gak walopon da bpuluh-puluh km...
    Last ak tuka carburetor lain..carburetor standard gak...setel masalah...outmeter tp dalam 20km - 30 km...:dance:

    Sy ada buat eksperiment,
    sy masuk Carb uma28
    14 34 top 140
    14 30 top 120
    pgi nie sy try 15 34 top 120... :(:(:(

    Next eksperiment nk try..

    sy ase gear ratio sy berat sgt, munkin satu factor dia xmau g.
    sy rase laa.. adeh...
    ingat nk pkaai LOW CAM GTC racing (Popeye).

    LOW CAM kena buat pocket valve kat piston.
    HIGH CAM CMS T2 Plug n play saja...

    Pendapat korang semua cam ner..
    LOW CAM ker HIGH CAM.

    Kalau lc v1 es main spoket depan 15...
    15-34 xlarat moto dengan spec fz.. Paling koman kene pakai 62mm.. Pakai 15-38 je...

    Spec fz main low cam atau cam standard je... Pakai high cam nanti top mmg ade.. pickup mati.. Bukan pickup mati je... Nak dapat top bpuluh2 kilo sebab piston kecik.. Kalau kene kat bukit pon akan drop banyak...

    Cdi tuka?

    Ni experience saya time pakai spec fz 5 taun lpas...

    Setakat ini sy pkai cam FZ lagi. ingat this week nk masuk cam CMS T2. tgk la mcm ne performance dia.
    klu tgk sprokect nie.. ratio dia xjauh..
    15 38 2.53
    14 34 2.42
    tggu bulan len la nk tukar.. haha

    Bab Pickup, sy boleh advance sy punya ignation timing sampi 44 BDTC
    CDI dh pkai BRT smartClick
    set BDTC 35, tp on dual band, jd 37. dlu set 37 which is 39, ase cam okay ckit. xtau lah..
    RPM 12.5
    ssh nk dpt perbezaan dia. nk feel betul2..

    Klu pickup xleu belah gak. sy nk advance satu mata timing gear. satu mata jatuh 9 degree.
    agak2... klu sy ADVANCE satu mata, berlaga tak valve dengan piston?

    1 mata 10°..kalau advance 1 mata tu org panggil marking lari.. Marking lari bole sbb kn valve blaga... Pembakaran xbtol... Dan effect kat setting.. Maximum pon 6° tapi kene pakai adjustable timing gear nk dpt kan 1°-6°..

    Walopon advance tok pickup tp akan effect dekat top speed.. Rasanya tau pe side effect advance kalau da tau advance & retard..

    Ignition timing saya selalu set 29° rpm 14k tapi tiada perubahan ketara dari segi pickup atau top speed kalau set ke nombor lain..

    Ratio mmg hampir sama.. Tapi top speed lebih cepat mati main spoket depan 14..14 ni tok 5s.... 4s main spoket depan 15 adjust belakang je.. Sementara pakai je dulu...

    Bole la cube.. Sy cume cakap bdasarkn pengalaman..

    Okay.. Baik.. Kita readjust balik BDTC 29°..

    Kena cancel timing gear advance adjust...
    Sy tau klu over advance.. Enjin knocking nnti...pastu meletup la enjin... Uhuk3...

    Berbalik pasal cam... Ramai org kata cam cms nie okay.. So, boleh masuk la kowt....

    Eh jap... Xyah buat pocket valve ker... Lift dia dh tggi... 5.8mm tu...

    Memang bole masok dan okay.. Tapi cam ni berbeza2 profile die sbb tu kene ikot spec block dan head.. Kalau cam tu xkene dgn spec... Moto lemau dan xpergi...

    Cam cms lift 5.8mm tu nama lain die high cam.. High cam sesuai untuk block besar 60mm ke atas... Sekarang majoriti 62mm/63mm... 60mm da jarang org pakai...

    Macam saya ckp sbelom ni.. Pakai high cam dekat block fz saiz 57mm menyebabkan pickup takde... Tok adekan pickup kene besarkn piston...

    Cube cari low cam.. Low cam sesuai tok 60mm ke bawah... Ataupon cam potong...

    *kite tgu otai lain bagi cadangan

    So far sy cuba td... Pickup semput2... Top bergegar ckit mintak gear.. Tp xpulas abis lagi... Mnkin BDTC sy ubah 37.. Sy nk try 29 pula nnti.. Tgk result mcm ner...

    Bunyi tick..tick..tick pun xkuat.. Sy puas hati cara pemsanagan dia...

    Tggu besok baru boleh test moto tu.. Musim hujan..

    Jika ada modal len nnti.. Baru kita up block... Pkai mana ada dlu sampi hancur... Huhu...

    First try masa xubah BDTC.. Top 120 ja.. Hare!!

    Tukar balik BDTC 29..set carb balik.. Baru spt 145 dok tegak...
    Tu pun.. Carb x set betul2... Nnti nk kena tgk plug.. Huhu..

    Mkn masa nk dpt tune cantik neh... Hmmm

    Banyak beza top speed.. Pickup semput2 lagi?
    Memang makan masa nak fine tune kalau cuba2...bile da tau senang dan sekejap je...
