the procedure is simple..let your tuner check your compression pressure and if its down,just shave some from your head or take off gasket etc..your mechanics knows it..if he doesnt know? better look for better mechanic..
simple head shave cost 200 to 500..while taking off gasket is free..
but make sure your mechanic knows what hes doing or else..booom..

What are your engine load sir?I need tips with vixion bore it only maxes out at 110 kph small tire xrm 125 can even beat my bike.

on that set you can reach 140-160 kph... provided it was done properly by ur trusted mechanic...
theres what you called in filipino term "malata"
we may all have the same parts installed in our own bikes but we have different mechanic...
example of that like what sir @sprinter777 said... mechanic knows not only how to installed a part but know how to get the full potential of that part.
every mechanic have its own style, own setting and others as you have said tweaks...
also there are some factors affecting the speed of the bike
maybe the weight of the rider and the skill of the rider?
weather condition, road condition etc.
having a big size block doesnt always mean one can run faster than a smaller size block

have you tried changing your tire to smaller one?
try removing the air filter sometime

Use lighten pin and piston, squishband make the vixion piston head as plat as posible if you can get a dome piston much better lighten magneto ang flywheel, pnp head, sprocket combi, clutch spring.

I used 80/80 front and 90/80 rear with disk assembly and i weigh 115kg. We have almost the same loads of engine but my sniper can run upto 130kph in normal driving position. Still its very weak compared to the mc's of our brothers here with the same loads.
