if i change the rear sprocket of my sniper 150, from 42t to 45t, will it change the accuracy of speedo display? thanks

Owner Weight: 85kg
Sproket: 14-30 428 - Over rev - Gear 5
15-30 428 - No top speed
15-32 428 - Over rev - Gear 5
any suggestion for sproket..?and anyone use same spec as mine..??
what is racing gear 2,3,5?? what are their ratio or teeth?
Try my monster combination of my kawasaki barako 16/34 sprocket, apido racing cdi, apido racing open pipe, 32mm carb, clutch spring, port & polish...
16 rimset, low profile tire... wotwooooow
