    Salam,sya ade sebuah jentera 135lc v4,
    Nak tukar block spec 62.Nak tanya pendapat yg pakar,boleh ke kalau pakai block 62 tetapi head x porting. Harap boleh beri tunjuk ajar.

    Blok 62mm boleh guna head std tp seeloknya porting sket lubang minyak dan ekzos. Kawah head pun seeloknya buka sikit buat tapper

    Lubang minyak porting dlm jer. tajamkan sikit dinding tengah antara 2 lubang valve tu. Lubang ekzos lak besarkan sikit antara 1 ke 2mm pastu klu leh polish sampai kilat. tapper kawah head tu klu piston 62mm buat tapper saiz 62.5 mm. cer la try...

    ooo sebab minyak mcm lambat naik ke head..klu mula2 start moto die kua bunyi tepet..nnt dlm 15 saat br bunyi tu hilang..sy try bukak skru yg kat head tu..bile start ni kua angin dlu br kua minyak..risau gak takut jadi pape..

    Tepet ikat pakai feeler gauge x?
    Elok pakai feeler gauge. Kalau pakai feeler gauge xde bunyi tepet sebab semua sama rata jarak die. Cek dekat rocker arm shaft dan rocker arm bearing longgar tak. Selalu pemegang rocker arm shaft tu kembang. Tu bunyi tepet.
    Pastikan oil filter ori. Kalau ram minyak kua x? Kalau ram kua ok dah.

    tepet ikat pki feeler gauge bang..oil filter mmg pki yg ori..ram minyak kua..cume die mcm lambat supply minyak ke head..

    Kalau ade duit lebih. Tuka je.
    Kalau nak save xya tuka takpe.
    Oil pump tu ikot pusingan crankshaft/rpm. Kalau idle je memang slow. Kalu rpm tinggi baru minyak tu kua laju.
