    tumpang tya...apa masalah ya mtr sya pun x blh nak mark standard dkt cam...paksa sya lari 1 mata ke atas...apa punca x blh nak set cam kt mark standard ya...lg 1 nak tya kalau sya lari kn 1 mata ikt arah lawan jam ada masalah ka?mohon penjelasan otai2..

    Kalau lawan jam da advance kan...kalau 1 mata tu 10°+-...
    Marking lari camtu....longgar kn tensioner sblom adjust marking...

    x da jack rod bang...blok ngn cam je...tp 2 la tak leh mark cam dkt tgh...paksa mark 1 mata ikt arah jam...2 la pelik...x da apa2 ke bang mark lari 1 mata arah jam.

    Selalunye kalau marking lari...timing lari...moto setting susa....nk bwk pon susa jugak...
    Paling terok valve laga dengan piston time laju...kene cek btol2 marking magnet ngan marking spoket timing chain...

    2 la takut jgk bang..huhu...setting ok senang....tp 2 la hairan and tkt plak jd apa2 kesan kat motor...mark dkt magnet ok bang dkt I...cma dkt head 2 x leh nak mark dkt tgh2...nak mark tgh2 dia lari 1 mata ke atas 1 mata kebawah...

    Salam..kesimpulan nye lau nk pakai blok dengan saiz piston yg besa ape setting yg diperlukan untuk minyak hitam tidak bercampur coolant?? Mintak pendapat sbb baru dalam dunia lc...

    Waalaikumusalam...mase pemasangan tu kalau bole tembak gasket cooper dekat gasket head tembaga/biasa...ikat skru 4 tu kalau bole pakai torque wrench supaya semua sama ikatan die...
    Cek bahagian waterpump ade kesan air x...kalau takde ok...kalau ade ganti oil seal dan gasket...

    Salam owner2 lc sekalian. Aku ad msalah dgn lc V1 2007. Air coolant msuk blok. Bru sebulan buat top. kai apple gasket. Blok 60, cam racing, yg lain standard. Ada xyg jual head gasket copper? Nk tkar blok syg. Msih ok lg. Mslhnye cuma overpressure dlm cmbustion. Klau start mntul, lutut jjak handle. Hari2 perjalanan 30km. Ulang alik g kje. Klau ad yg jmpe head gasket copper roger2 la ye. Gasket aloy 1mm/1.5mm tebal ni utk yg knocking (highcam) sbb gasket tbal n bleh gne 3x top overhaul kcuali overheat. Cme ssah nk dpt.

    Overpressure = compression tinggi.
    Bole adjust compression dengan buat kawah head untuk saiz 60mm.
    Bole tengok website ni untuk gasket copper.

    Gasket alloy tu spacer untuk yang jackrod moto. Tak perlu pakai spacer/gasket alloy untuk elak coolant bocor. Pakai gasket copper da memadai.
    Cara pemasangan mempengaruhi ketahanan gasket cooper. Ikatan dengan kekutan yang sama pada setiap tiap tiang. Cara mudah pakai torque wrench.
    Masalah knocking bole settle dengan buat valve pocket. Kene pastikan jarak antara valve dengan piston supaya x knocking.

    TQ bro man_sate. Betul la ape yg bro ckp tu... sekali 2 btg skru head dh longgar... nsib bek xsmpi effect kt timing chain. Risau putus je... ni dlm usaha nk standardkn. Nk jln jauh plak. Johor→Perak. Satu soalan lg, klau buang termostat ad effect x?sbb termostat dh mereput sgt.

    Kalau standard baik pakai je thermostat. Kalau da buat takpe buang. Standard punye block panas die lambat. Block besar lak kejap je panas.

    salam semua,nak tanya moto lc saya kerap plug basah kena coolant tapi x masuk enjin..head dgn blok dah skim,kdg2 tu dah siap cuci n psg siap gasket baru dan cuba start kena lagi simtom ni..mintak pndapat dari otai2 tq

    Pasti ke air coolant? Atau tank ade air?
    Cara nak pastikan plug basah sbb air coolant... Bau air coolant dekat plug atau time idle ade bau air coolant..
    Head senget ke smpi skim? Moto yg selalu overheat sbbkan head senget..
    Kalau betol air coolant... Masa tuka gasket spray cooper dekat gasket kemudian ikat dengan torque wrench supaya ikatan 4 tiang tu sekata...

    pasti coolant man sate..skim sbb rasa mungkin tu la punca dia tgk2 jadi lagi..dh top overhaul dlm 5 bln msti jadi balik,owh nak kena guna torque tu jgak ye..okk tq man sate :)

    Kalau da skim pon jd gak... Mungkin gasket head atau block senget... Pakai gasket cooper sekali...
