    In Shaa ALLAH... mudahan eloklah lc aku tu seperti baru ya.... tapi x da stendet kilang lagi dah hehe
    Alhamdulillah, LC dh pun kembali ke pangkuan hehe
    pesanan pomen dgn aku, x blh bawa mlebihi 60km/jam sebab blok baru aku tu, piston dia teramatlah fit(virgin la kata kan)....
    takut nanti blh jammed plak kata dia kalo bawa mlebihi 60km/jam

    masa start n idle tu, senyap jer enjin LC aku cuma ezos jer brbunyi hehe....(seronok ler tu)
    bila aku pulas jer throttle tu............. fuhhhh, punya lah ringan(msh takut gak pasal semua parts msh virgin kat dlm tu)
    so aku cuma bawa 40, 50, 55 selangseli kelajuan n meter nampak senang2 nk naik tapi kena kawal sebab parts semua msh virgin lagi kan
    so tempoh running in aku buat 2000km dgn 2kali tukar eo n filter...
    pomen tu juga pesan, jetting carb slepas 500km baru tukar pasal sekarang semua msh virgin n fit so susah nk set n tuning cantik nanti....
    jetting kena sabar dulu hehe

    tapi enjin selepas overhol ni memang panas giler ker?

    yes ketat mcm baru hehe........
    bro john, ni specs LC aku
    blok 59mm yamaha thailand (kotak Genuine Yamaha tapi btl atau tidak dri Thailand tu aku x tau ler)
    head, port n polish... porting intake n outake (beli seken so x tau brapa kiraan porting tu)
    valve, VS n camshaft semua ori...
    carb ori n jetting asal pj20 n mj105( dh standby pj22.5 n mj115, tukar slepas 500km nanti)
    ezos ori..
    filter buka, box jer tinggal....
    tgh running in...
    so nk tanya bro John
    tanpa mnggunakan valve, racing VS n racing cams, apa yg pelu aku buat utk menyedapkan (syok sendiri jer) lagi performance LC aku tu nanti??
    tips skit bro...
    pelu kah aku tukar ezos cj ipoh ker or just tukar piping ezos ori ker (brapa size sesuai kalo tukar piping ezos tu)

    Hmm....nak set2 standard la nie ek...tapi nak laju sket dari moto standard la ekk....kalau saye cadangkan carb besar sket saiz 28mm dah cun tue bro bersame2 paip lawas sket angin...baru ringan lagi mesin...hahahaha

    hahaha... gitu lah bro.. biar laju skit jer dri stendet... bukan nk mrempit pun... moto buat cri rezki bro
    kalo carb ori plak bro? setting pj n mj yg kira cun dgn specs moto aku tu hehe... mls lah nk guna carb bsr tu hehe...
    bab ezos tu, maknanya aku tukar jer piping ezos ori aku tu ler... tapi x tau brapa mm plak huhu...
    or ambik senang guna cj ipoh cutting stendet jer lah hehe

    Bro...aku pun tak penah setting carb standard utk 59mm lagi....stahu aku kene la lebih besar pj n mj dari setting standard 54mm sbb piston dah besar....cj ipoh pun dah ok bro...kalau nak sedap antor kat yakim la...tapi harga tak pasti sbb set ejos ikot spec moto...harga still ok lagi bg aku....slamat bersetting stp (standard tapi power)

    Leh la dpt top 180kmj kira dah ok la tue.....dpt la maintain 160 kmj dah bgs dah....head kalau dah korek intake n ejos kire dah cun la tue....

    aku dok Kuching... budak tu mula jual rm200 tapi porting kat intake outake bsr btl... takut gak efek kat mnyk kuat nanti...
    bila cuba ok jer n moto pun ringan. lepas runding, aku beli dgn rm100 jer head tu

    running in pun sampai 2000km oooooo............. 1oookm x main dah haha...

    kes terbaru....
    semalam, genap 1000km running in LC aku...
    so aku pun tukarlah EO n trkejut aku tngok msh ada air dlm enjin LC aku yg dh di overhol huhuhu.............
    sedih n marah....
    hari ni aku bawa balik dgn pomen yg buat overhol semua tu n terus diorg cek wtrpump.. msh ok
    gam semula n pasang blk, test n still air radiator kering...
    last2 buka head n nmpk ada bekas air yg masuk...
    cek plug n ekzos, juga ada bekas air... (no wonder lc aku susah nk start 2hari sebelom tukar EO hingga hari ni)
    pomen marah blk pasal dulu dia larang aku guna blok 59mm tu tapi aku suruh pasang gak hehe
    aku pun heran jugak cane blh leaking kat blok pulak (mngkin kah pomen tu x guna gam kat gasket tu kot)
    last2, pasang blk blok ori n test.. ok plak x da leaking (pomen pun x da guna gam kat gasket)
    tapi dgn blok ori, ada bunyi knocking plak antara valve dgn piston ( x kuat sangat cuma mnganggu jugak la bunyi tu)
    abis adjust tetap jugak knocking... pomen kata solution dia kena grind poket valve kat piston tu baru ok ataupun guna jer la, lama2 ilang gak bunyi tu kata dia
    so skarang aku test dulu aje lah dgn blok ori tu n tgk cane nanti (takut msh leaking) test dulu 2hari utk pastikan tiada lagi kes leaking...
    kalo ok, baru grind piston n cuci enjin dgn HDEO Shell Rimula R3X............
    sapa penah guna EO lori kat sini utk LC dia???? pomen tu kata aku gila nk guna HDEO tu haha....
    dia kata, clutch lining x akan tahan guna HDEO tu
    mntak pendapat otai2 yg guna HDEO

    hari ni plak, tetiba enjin LC aku brbunyi kuat...
    hantar blk bengkel n pomen dgn aku sama2 terkejut tengok ada serpihan besi pecah antara piston n valve
    cek2 tiada plak parts yg pecah tapi dri mana plak dtg serpihan besi tu yg mnyebabkan head aku scratch n 2 valve aku bocor???
    nasib baik piston n blok ok
    musykil2...
    akibatnya, terkandas blk LC aku kat bengkel huhu....
    tukar valve n grind poket valve kat piston tu n set balik..........
    malang sungguh nasib aku dgn LC aku tu huhu....
    duit pun dh bnyk abis tapi LC tak juga elok...
    kalo x elok jugak lepas ni, bakar aje lah LC tu n claim insuran utk beli LC baru hahaha(ketawa dlm tangisan ni)

    hari ni LC dh ambik blk namun blom siap sepenuhnya...
    blok gasket n valve seal msh guna yg lama (berasap lah ejos nanti... kedai x da buka Ahad)
    mslh LC aku tu(enjin brbunyi macam nk runtuh) rupa2nya lubang valve pecah mnyebabkan valve goyang...
    kerugian satu head (head seken) pastu blok 59mm pun x dpt pakai (pomen suruh tanya pomen lain plak cane diorg pasang blok racing, pulak)
    so LC aku blk dgn head n blok lama(ori, yg sudah di skim owner lama) n trpaksa skim piston utk elakkan knocking....
    so far Alhamdulillah, LC lancar n bunyi enjin pun semut jer (pomen kata, kalau nk bgs lagi ganti piston jer, kasi fit blk blok ori tu)
    cuma mslh LC aku ni x boleh nk mndadak/mengejut memecut... msti semput/bobok (sekejap jer pastu pergilah dia hehe)
    3hari nanti baru tukar valve seal n blok gasket baru n terus sumbat mnyk itam Shell Rimula R3X utk cuci enjin LC aku tu...

    Salam Bro @Jeff Zain kesian aq tgk mentadak mu... asik masuk bengkel aje... senang cerita duduk kat area mana.. meh sini masuk pomen kat tmpt aq .. sure Ok terus ... klu boleh elak kan guna EO lori ... pakai keta + motor .. baru ade rasa mentadak tu... :D .. Klu boleh kasi tukar valve baru semua tu ... Block 59 kasi masuk gasket fz nya... baru ade rasa.... hihi....

    memang nasib mentadak aku tu x blh nk guna blok besar huhu....
    aku dok Kuching bro..
    ada member yg pandai buat Mentadak tapi dia ni sibuk memanjang n mentadak aku x blh masuk bengkel lama2 pasal aku guna utk keja (mat despatch)
    aku pun dh malas nk main blok besar lagi... merajuk da....
    dulu guna blok 60mm, overheat...
    pakai blok 59mm, leaking n lubang valve kat head pecah....
    sedih..
    last2 guna head n blok ori jer lah... janji mentadak jln.. x laju pun x apa huhu.... syok sendiri jer la haha....
    fz nya blok 57mm kan?
    ada tanya kat Palex yg jual rm300+rm30 poslaju tapi x da pomen yg pandai pasang n set semua tu kat Kch

    yea bro.. pakai block fz pun boleh sampai dinding.. beli aje kt palex tu.. kira ok ... tetapi make sure laa mj/pj up sikit dr stnded .. ekzoz tu tukar moniful depan cr saiz besar dr standard laa.. lepas tu pakai eo castrol atau shell botol warna kuning ... cukup time 1500km kasi tukaq .. sure mentadak lagi laju.. jgn sentap selalu.. sebb mentadak bro x tukar rantai kecik... sebb tu dl pnh pakai block 60 mcm2 belaku kan... nk cerita panjang msgr kt inbok ku.. mngkin aq leh bantu lagi...
