Masalah Air Coolant Masuk Enjin, Valve Dan Piston Berlanggar

    nk mintak pendapat otai2 sekalian..........
    cerita dia gini...
    LC aku dulu ada mslh semput n stelah lama brcari sebab musabab dia, rupa2nya valve bengkok...
    tukar valve n mslh semput pun hilang tapi belom ok sepenuhnya sebab LC aku memang ada mslh lain gak sperti connecting rode...
    pendek crita... slepas tukar valve baru.. timbul pulak mslh baru iaitu
    1.piston dan valve brlanggar dan trpaksa setting lari 1 mata, baru ok(pelik kan?)
    2.coolant masuk dlm enjin
    - tukar cyclender head (seken), tetap gak valve n piston brlanggar n kena setting lari 1mata baru ok
    - slepas tukar head, gasket baru trmasuklah wtrpump cek skali, air coolant tetap masuk enjin....

    note:
    head seken ni dh modi, korek intake n outake n skimming..... (ikut seting cun, piston brlanggar dgn valve n trpaksa seting lari 1 mata baru ok)
    head lama ori (ikut seting cun, piston brlanggar valve n trpaksa seting lari 1 mata baru ok)

    blh tak otai2 semua bantu saya dlm mslh di atas...

    kalo ikut marking, kompom knocking.... so, kena 1mata, baru ok...
    mngkin head n blok tu dh kena modi oleh owner lama huhu..........
    sebab tu skarang ni air coolant masuk enjin.....
    so, ambik senang, tukar blok n head baru pastu overhaul enjin ganti bearing yg slack oleh air....
    nk anta bengkel besok........
    nanti aku update lagi slepas overhaul cane

    bro jeff zain, head ko yang tukar tue bengkok rasenyer kot....cer ko tgk betul2, slalunyer head yang dah bengkok je memungkinkan air masuk dlm enjin....slalunyer sbb overheat...maybe gasket dah takleh tahan panas and overheat...tue yang head bengkok and air coolant masuk...
    satu hal lagi, aku rase sbb ko kene alih marking tue sbb rod ko dah goyangkan???sbb la tak leh set kat marking ori...ko alih marking advance or retard???maksud aku ko alih marking satu mata ikot arah jam or lawan jam???cian gak ko nie...byk problem kene....

    just my 1 cent bro...

    Aq pn dlu pnh kne mcm tu. Air coolant asik msuk dlm enjin & Connecting rod bunyi. Tu la aq gatal sgt nk modi moto aq tu. Nk cbe pnye psl.hehe..So aq tukar head baru n gasket top overhaul baru ok ( tkr kat rumah). Harga head tu aq da lpe bp RM. Head lame da rosak. Connecting rod aq tukar kat kedai.Aq cabut enjin seketul anto kedai. So just bayar connecting rod 1 set ,bearing,gasket enjin kiri n kanan n upah je(dlm RM300). So jimat sket. Klu boleh tkr je trus timing chain tu. mungkin da rosak. Harap info ni blh membantu. TQ

    bro Adam, dgn head asal, air masuk n tukar head pun msh leaking gak........
    skarang ni moto msh kat bengkel n mekanik tgh cuba blok lain(baru) plak dgn head baru(beli seken).. kalo dgn blok baru ni x da lagi leaking... so akan diteruskan dgn fasa overhol plak utk ganti bearing2 dlm enjin, jack blk con rod(rod tukar baru) n maybe timing chain pun ganti baru trmasuklah gear assy...
    so harap2 dgn blok baru nanti selesaikan masalah leaking tu so baru dapat nk overhol n setting cun2...

    masalah bocor dikenalpasti melalui waterpump seal n bearing yg dh haus....
    ganti baru 2 benda tu dan Alhamdulillah setel lah mslh air coolant masuk enjin..........
    now diteruskan dgn proses overhol enjin utk ganti bearing2 dlm enjin yg dh slack oleh air coolant, ganti seal, ganti rod, timing chain n siap sumbat blok baru 59mm brand yamaha (thailand mari).. jetting carb pun tukar sebab blok dh besar n head plak dah kena korek....
    tapi camshaft plak msh ori haha....
    aku pun x kisah sangat lc aku x super laju, cukuplah sekadar ringan n syok sendiri hahaha...........
    performance??? nanti selepas running in aku update balik....

    gaji jer rm250.....
    parts bearing dlm enjin 6biji, bearing wtrpump 1biji, timing chain, oil seal, jack blk n ganti rod, seal wtrpump 1, head seken 1, blok yamaha thailand 59mm 1, gasket, coolant, eo n jetting.....
    semuanya rm600...
    n jumlah kesluruhan dia rm850.00..................................
    itulah harga yg perlu aku bayar utk kesihatan LC aku......
    apa2 pun, biar abis duit, janji LC sihat n utk buat cari rezki tu.................
