Blok 66mm+23 22 Valve

    Salam kepada semua terutama legend² lama dan sifu²,kawan disini ingat minx review kepada sesiapa yang sudah memakai toyol² berkenaan..apakah fitback positif dan nagetif bile memakai spec seperti berikut.
    *blok 66mm sck
    *valve uma 23,22

    Dah 3 tahun motor tak berlaku curang dan manja kepada owner mungkin tahun ini kawan nk menghadiakan dan memberi balasan yang terbaik utk nya..walaupun motor tak bernyawa tapi elok jugak kita hargainya.

    Tak lupa juga minyak hitam apa yang sesuai bila blok dah besar.
    Adakah isi padu minyak hitam masih di isi 1Liter atau lebih?

    Mohon kepada semua memberi tunjuk ajar.

    - Pickup terbaik
    - Top cepat sampai kalau cam ngam
    - Minyak save tengok usage
    - Nak capai top speed contoh 170km/h xyah full throttle
    - Nak bwk barang berat pon xjejas perfomance
    - Otai2 lain bole tambah

    Negatif:
    - Asyik nak pulas je
    - Moto tambah panas
    - Rod standart xtahan
    - Carburetor nak kene tuka nak dapat full perfomance
    - Spoket kene set
    - Nak cari setting ngam mkn mase, spoket n carburetor
    - Minyak itam nak kene upgrade contoh dr 3100 or Castrol Activ ---> Motul 5100
    - Otai2 lain bole tambah

    Nak share experience sikit:
    > Pakai 65mm dengan head CMS 22-19 Carburetor Uma 28mm ( 1 tahun lebih kurang) rod goyang. Da cek mmg rod goyang.downgrade ke 62mm tok pakai sementara. Tak sampai seminggu rod patah tembak enjin. Enjin pecah.
    > Welding enjin balik....pakai rod jaguh sebab rod jaguh memang saiz standard piston die 65mm....pakai lebih kurang 3 tahun....da test full throttle 80km ulang alik...setting ngam, jaga minyak itam dan cara bwk moto tu yang mempengaruhi ketahanan moto. Isipadu minyak itam same je.

    Kalau pakai 63mm Uma 23-22 pon da ok. Tak banyak pening kepale kalau ade masalah timbul. Tapi kalau xkesah and jiwa kental selamber je. Kalau da buat 63mm or 66mm jangan lupe kawah enjin supaya compression ratio die sesuai tok daily.

    *semua tu buat sendiri. kalau kedai masak la kene upah. nanti pe2 teringat saya tambah lagi. Otai2 lain sila la betolkan kalau ade salah and tambah la pe yg perlu. Saya petai je. Hahahahahaha.

    Buat masa nie saya tak pakai crankshaft std..saya pakai crank shark 1mm+500mg.
    Head kawah bulat mungkin bile nak ke 66mm akan hantar ke custom shop utk edit balik head dan valve...in'allah x pulas abis..terima kasih share pengalaman tuan @man_sate saya cuba belajar lebih mendalam sebelum install.

    Sama2..just share pengalaman mane yang tau je...
    Kalau nak tahan better tuka rod jaguh....rod jaguh cume kene adjust crankshaft kiri kanan je...
    Sekarang pakai rod rxz..ade bearing dekat piston pin....setakat ni da pakai 1 tahun lebih...
    Spec:
    Piston 67mm
    Crank faito 4mm rod rxz
    Head Ori 24/22
    Carb Uma 32mm
    Oil cooler custom (bole tgk thread modification)

    Pakai daily gi kejer...

    Bro pakai 5 speed?

    Kalau sleeve 68mm xyah korek...sleeve 78mm kene korek..yang saya pakai 78mm..kene korek...gamba oil cooler custom ade kat thread modification...tapi skang da ade jual yang da siap...tinggal pasang je...

    Kalau 5s xyah tuka rod pon takpe...rod die besar...adik saya pakai 5s 65mm head hi speed 22 20..da 2 taun...bulan lepas baru rebore block sbb piston kecut...tuka cam sebab da ade kesan makan...setakat ni rod takde buat hal mcm 4 speed...tu pon sbb pakai castrol activ..

    Bole pulas abis tapi tak perlu kerap sangat pulas abis...

    Owhh so saya xyah tukar rod kan..orait saya dah faham..so saya boleh install barang nie..huhuhu..tq @man_sate bagi kata² azimat memberi saya semangat dan confiden dah juga share ilmu..

    Tapi saya ada dengar pasal valve Cooper.. @man_sate awak penah pakai tak valve tu?

    Penah dengar..valve seat cooper...lagi bagus pakai valve seat cooper...cooper lagi tahan panas dari besi....saya pakai valve guide cooper je...valve seat still pakai besi sbb xproblem lg...

    Betol la tu..membe ade pakai sebijik macam tu...die nak jual siap dgn kipas 135 lc....manual die kene letak depan radiator lc..tp saya adjust letak bawah seat dgn letak kipas lc....oil cooler da cabut...macam saya punye location oil cooler...

    Saya pakai beza dengan membe punye...oil cooler panjang...kalau membe nye pendek...senang nk letak situ....sorry gamba pecah...hahahahhaa...pakai hp 3310..

    3310 pun ada camera yeh..hahahah:p..kenapa x letak depan?xmuat ke?itu la kawan baru tanya pomen kawan..dia kata boleh jew pasang tapi benda tu nak letak mana..kawan jadi biol nak jawap soalan dia..hahaha..

    Sy punye xmuat letak kat depan..lg pon xnak panas enjin tu pegi ke radiator..jadi asingkn panas die letak bwah seat area kotak angin..

    Yang membe punye muat...ade jual untuk 4s jugak...sbijik mcm dalam video tu...

    Tak perlu pon sebab adik saya tak pakai pon...membe kate dalam 350 or 450...macam tu la...tp membe punye 4s...

    Saya pakai sebab sy travel jau time ari mggu n nak motor tu tahan lama...saya da pakai oil cooler 2 or 3 tahun cmtu...Alhamdulillah takde problem bahagian enjin setakat ni...mungkin faktor penjagaan dgn penggunaan jenis minyak itam jugak...

    Itu la saya pun juz pergi balik kerje jew..1bulan 1kali jew panas badan kat federal haiway itu pun ikot mood jugak:p:p:p..penjagaan minyak hitam 1bulan sekali ke @man_sate :confused:?

    5s jugak...tak tunjuk tuan...paling tinggi pon 150...masih lagi cari setting...maybe last tuka gearbox...

    Tengok jenis minyak itam...selalu ikot meter batu...5100 bole sampai 2500....tapi ade je membe buat smpi 4000...saya pakai 300V...
